KIND Passes Surveillance Audit for ISO 37001, the International Anti-Bribery Standard

- Anti-bribery management system confirmed as adequate… continuing to spread a culture of integrity and ethical management

The Korea Overseas Infrastructure & Urban Development Corporation (KIND, President Kim Bok-hwan) announced that it has completed its first surveillance audit for ISO 37001, the international standard for anti-bribery management systems, conducted by Korean Management Registrar, and has maintained its certification.

ISO 37001 is an international standard on anti-bribery and ethical management established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). Certification is granted based on a comprehensive assessment of an organization's capacity to manage bribery risks and its efforts to prevent bribery.

KIND first obtained ISO 37001 certification in 2025. Following the revision of ISO 37001 that same year, KIND revised its anti-bribery management manual to reflect the updated requirements of the standard and has continuously operated its anti-bribery management system accordingly.

The first surveillance audit, conducted in July 2026, comprehensively examined whether the management system has been appropriately established and operated in line with the requirements of the revised standard and with KIND's own anti-bribery policy and objectives.

As a result of the audit, KIND was assessed as having appropriately established and operated its anti-bribery management system in accordance with the requirements of the standard and the organization's policy and objectives, thereby maintaining its ISO 37001 certification.

This outcome demonstrates that KIND has a high level of understanding of bribery risks and has consistently operated a management system grounded in integrity and ethics.

KIND stated that it will continue to work to embed a culture of integrity and to establish public-service ethics through ongoing institutional improvements and internal training.
