Korea Overseas Infrastructure & Urban Development Corporation (President Kim Bok-hwan, hereinafter "KIND") announced on the 29th that it will recruit new employees for 2026. In this recruitment, a total of 24 personnel will be selected, including regular employees, contract employees, and youth interns.
Recruitment positions include: △1 Experienced Finance (Accountant), △3 Experienced Business Development (Infrastructure, Plant, Urban Development), △3 Experienced Finance & Risk, △2 Entry-level General, △1 Entry-level IT, △1 Entry-level Veterans Affairs, △1 Professional Contract Urban Consulting, △1 Parental Leave Replacement Secretary, △1 Parental Leave Replacement Information Security, and △10 Youth Interns.
The recruitment will be conducted through a blind hiring process, excluding unreasonable discriminatory factors such as age, gender, educational background, marital status, family relations, physical conditions, and region of origin, and evaluating candidates based on job performance capabilities. In particular, this recruitment will introduce AI interviews for experienced positions to enhance fairness through objective criteria.
Additionally, KIND will apply social equity hiring preference policies to expand employment opportunities for socially vulnerable groups. In addition to newly establishing additional points for women with career experience to promote women's economic participation and prevent career interruptions, preference points will be given to employment support recipients (Veterans), registered persons with disabilities, low-income groups, multicultural families, and youth preparing for independence.
