PIS Fund Phase II
A fund of funds with a parent-subfund structure created to discover related overseas investment development projects and facilitate investment. Provides support so that domestic companies can expand to overseas PPPs related to plants, infrastructure, and smart cities.
Parent fund
It enables the creation and management of subfunds, supports the fluidization and exit of subfund assets, and disperses investment risk through investments in a variety of subfund portfolios.Subfund
The fund is composed of blind funds, which select investment targets by national credit rating in industrial sectors such as plant (P), infrastructure (I), and smart city (S), and project funds, which invest after the investment target is determined. These funds are established to invest in project SPC equity, loan claims, and related instruments.Areas of investment
