2020: KIND operated both Smart City Planning Program and Solution Projects.
2021: KIND operates the Smart City Planning Program and KAIA operates Solution Projects seperately.

There are no restrictions, but we recommend each contury to set priorites.
The budget will be provided directly to the Korean contracter(the consultancy of the planning), not the applicant.
This program is not an ODA program and it only supports planning and invitational training, not the execution of the project.
The criteria for selecting contractors and the project scope will be prepared with the government department that has applied.
In accordance with these standards, the process will be an open bidding within the Republic of Korea.
Consultation among the national and local governments, provision of relative project information, good communication for business cooperation and etc. For more details, please refer to the application form.
It might be restricted to execute the basic on-site surveys due to COVID-19.
Therefore, cooperation with the local goverment will be necessary for such local surveys.
